Coach Mike Uremovich

Mike joined Andromeda during the summer of 2010. He will be adding more than 25 years of youth coaching experience to our staff.

One of his main goals at Andromeda will be to formulate continuing education programs for the players, parents and coaches at the club. Andromeda will be leading the way with soccer education programs that other Metroplex clubs do not offer.

Over the last 20 years, many of Mike's teams have competed and celebrated victory in prestigious tournaments throughout the country, and locally in the Classic League.

Many of his players have played at various levels of college soccer, and it will be a priority to continue to develop Andromeda players who can compete at the college level.

Mike focuses on developing complete student athletes who understand that discipline, hard work, and maximum effort are the keys to long term success in sports and in academics.

Only players who can achieve competence in all four components of soccer (technical, physical, tactical, psychological) will be able to achieve long term success.

Mike played professionally in over 450 games for 10 years in the MISL and in the NASL, and won the MISL championship twice, 1980, 1987.

He grew up in Toronto, Canada, having played for the Canadian U-19 youth team, and the Ontario Provincial teams.

He has held a USSF A license since 1994.

He has been camp director for a very successful Tatu's All Star Resident Soccer Camp for twenty years.

He has been happily married to Kathleen for more than 25 years and has a son, and two daughte
